How do I get liability insurance for a rental car in a foreign country?
Mark L asked: We are traveling to Spain this summer and neither the rental car agencies (Avis or Hertz), our stateside insurance provider (State Farm), or our credit card company (American Express) offer liability coverage in a foreign country. I would much appreciate any advice or experience anyone may have with this.
i am a college student with very limited income. Should i get liability car insurance or full coverage.
